they assigned a date to deliver what I have bought and didn't deliver It is totally unacceptable and devastating to have a store treating their costumers in such a shameful way
Long story short, the said that they will contact my to assign a date for delivery and that may be after 4 days or more I bought furniture last week, and it was scheduled to get here after 7 days

Then, I have called many times the driver, but he didn't answer How come no one notified me? And it is not my problem that you made me pay for something is not in storage
In the next day, I've called costumer service again stating what has happened and they responded by " the driver called you and you didn't answer" and I responded by saying it is exactly the opposite "I called him and he didn't answer"
